We take pride in our honest and reliable housekeeping services. With our experienced staff, who have been with us since 2014, your property is cleaned and maintained to the highest standard, ensuring it remains in top condition.
Hire linen is included, and beds are always made up for every booking. Please note that linen costs are paid by the guest in addition to the tariff, not by the property owner. Guests also cover departure cleaning and linen fees, which results in significant savings for owners.
Security deposits are held in trust until guests have vacated and the property has been inspected. We provide a comprehensive end-of-month statement through our PMS system, and trust account disbursements are made to the owner within 1-2 business days after the end of the month. An end-of-month statement, along with invoices, is sent to ensure transparency and clarity.
Coastal Holiday Homes offers a team of professionals for shooting, video, and creating user-generated content (UGC) at the request of property owners. We provide styling during shoots to ensure your property is showcased in the best light while maintaining our image as a premier stays company. Contact us to learn more about our packages.
